Terms and Conditions

Use of this web site assumes that you fully accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document. These Terms & Conditions also state that by signing up, you are certifying you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. Furthermore, you are agreeing to the contents and conditions listed in each. Eurogiveaways.com reserves the right to change its Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, without notice. We also reserve the right to change the methods through which free items are earned. This may include, but is not limited to, increasing the number of referrals you have to earn. We may also add or remove any product listed as an incentive at any time. If we replace a product, the new product may not be of equal value. We reserve the right to change the products, number of referrals required or choice of offers at any time, for any reason. Our decision on any dispute is final.
I. Membership
1	All users must provide 100% accurate information and be over the age of 13. Failure to provide accurate information may result in your account being deactivated.
2	Members can be residents of any country in the world. Only members in the European Union will receive physical items. Residents of countries outside of our shipping zone will be offered a cash alternative via PayPal, Cheque or Bank Wire, the method and value of the payment will be entirely at our descretion. Users within the shipping zone are not able to elect for a cash alternative.
3	Items will not be shipped to PO Boxes.
4	One person may have more than one account at Eurogiveaways but may not be referred by the same person more than once. Multiple accounts held by an individual must not be connected by each other.
5	Referrals can not be transferred or donated from one account to another. Two or more accounts can not be merged into one account.
6	If your account is placed on hold, you are not eligible to receive an item and any offer credits received will be forfeited.
7	Any unauthorized use, entry, or hacking into Eurogiveaways is illegal and is punishable by law. The slightest violation of any law will provide sufficient impetus for us to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent of that law.
8	Your account is liable for being deactivated if you do not log in to your account for any period exceeding 30 days. Deactivated accounts cannot be reactivated.
9	You cannot sign up under another of your accounts. Anyone caught doing so will have their account deactivated.
10	No member may be referred by another member of the same household or family.
11	Members must complete all the requirements within 90 days of registration date to be eligibile for their free gift.
II. Offers
1	Receiving credit for an offer can not be guaranteed. If you believe that you have completed an offer correctly, please open a no offer credit report. We will try to give you credit for that offer, but we can not guarantee that you will receive any form of credit.
2	Users must complete the offer by using the link provided by Eurogiveaways. If you go to the web site directly, use another affiliates link, or go to the offer site by any means other then through this web site, we reserve the right not to give you credit for that offer.
3	Users are responsible for saving all confirmation e-mails received by affiliate companies. These e-mails might be needed in the case that manual credit for an offer needs to be given. Affililiate companies may use your email address for verifying purposes.
4	Eurogiveaways is not responsible for any unknown or unexpected charges that you receive from one or more of our offers. Read the offers terms and conditions before signing up.
5	Users must not complete the same offer more than once.
6	You must only subscribe to offers which you have genuine interest in. If you or any of your referrals are found to have abused our sponsors, for example but not limited to, signing up and cancelling subscriptions within an unreasonable time period, your account will be put on hold.
III. Products
1	Eurogiveaways can not guarantee the availability of a product at the time of order. If a product is unavailable you may be contacted and given an alernative option. The replacement product or cash alternative will be entirely at our discretion.
2	If any account is suspected of false information in order to gain referrals, that account will be deactivated immediately. There is no guarantee the account will ever be re-activated.
3	Users may receive more than one item so long as they (i) Never complete the same offer twice (ii) Send a testimonial picture of atleast 800x600 pixels which conforms to our requirements. (iii) Create a new, unreferred account in order to receive another item. (iv) Receive permission from us and follow our supplied rules.
4	In order to order and receive products, the user must currently live in the EU and provide an address within the EU. Addresses outside this 'shipping zone' will receive a cash alternative.
IV. Orders
1	Eurogiveaways is not responsible for lost orders due to, but not limited to, incorrect shipping addresses or faults on behalf of the shipping companies.
2	Eurogiveaways does not take product returns or exchanges.
3	Eurogiveaways is not responsible for any import taxes or other charges of any kind that may result from receiving your item.
4	Delivery can take up to 28 days from when order status changes from 'processing' to 'shipped'. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or any resulting issues caused by delayed shipping.
V. Other Information
1	Eurogiveaways is allowed to deactivate any account for any reason.
2	Eurogiveaways is allowed to deny credit for any offer for any reason.
3	Customers who participate in our affiliate scheme will not be also applicable for any of the rewards offered. Any attempt to order any such reward will be rejected.
4	Product warranty is held with product manufacturer and not with Eurogiveaways.
5	By providing us with a testimonial and/or picture you are authorising us to use the testimonial and image for any purpose , including but not limited to marketing and advertising.
6	Eurogiveaways reserves the right to send a cash alternative to any member, via any method and for any amount, regardless of the products' retail price.
7	It is your responsibility to ensure you have a functional PayPal account should you register with Eurogiveaways. You are responsible for all fees and obligations that arise from posessing a PayPal account. Eurogiveaways is not responsible for members who are unable to receive payment via PayPal for any reason.
